To configure a default campaign, just add a new campaign with a CPM bid of 0, then target your campaign on all available advertising spaces. You can add as many different ad formats as you have different sizes of ad zones. The ad server will automatically distribute the correct formats on the appropriate advertising zones. You may also set up a campaign with 3 text ads to make sure you fill all available ad zones.
