Optimizing an affiliate program
When setting up your campaign, use multiple ad variations for text and graphical format. Ideally, use at least 3 graphic ads and 3 text ads. For each variant make sure you have (in your redirection link) a different ID number to track the performance of each ad on your affiliation platform. Let the system find ads with the most impact on your users, and then check whether the most clicked ads are generating the most revenue. Then you can remove less profitable ads.
This approach will work for all affiliation programs not partnered with Adwit-express. If you use XML partner feeds from Adwit-express, the entire optimization process will be automated for each country on each display zone.
