Optimizing several affiliate programs

 
Set up a campaign for each program and make sure you have several programs displayed on each ad zone.

For CPC (Cost Per Click) Campaigns: When adding a campaign, indicate your campaign revenue per click in the "Bid" field (or click on "Edit" in the "Budget" row of your ad campaign's variant page).

For CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) Campaigns: Try to tell the system the average revenue per click generated by your campaign. If you do not have enough data, let the system optimize the distribution of the ads; then, adjust the price when you have retrieved data from your affiliation platform's campaign statistics (Use the "Edit" link in the "Budget" row of your ad campaign's variant page).

This approach will work for all affiliation programs not partnered with Adwit-express. If you use XML partner feeds from Adwit-express, the entire optimization process will be automated for each country on each display zone.
