Troubleshooting In-Text Ads

 

When you set up an ad and nothing appears.

Make sure the tag matches the tag provided by the ad server (check for missing characters or punctuation marks). Copy the script just after the beginning of your body tag and try again. Then check:
- Your account ("My campaigns" menu) has least one campaign with In-Text Ads and keywords;
- Your In-text campaign is currently active (active status);
- You have targeted your campaign on your In-text zone;
- The selected keywords for this campaign appear on your Webpage;
- Words that should appear as In-text links are not actually hyperlinks;
- The selected keywords are the same as those appearing on your web page;
- The selected keywords have more than 3 characters;
- Each selected keyword does not include more than two strings of characters (3 characters minimum per string);
- If you want to display an image ad, the banner size does not vary from 300x250 pixels.

Finally, check that there are no JavaScript errors on your page before or after the In-text tag. Any JavaScript errors on your page may affect the performance or display of In-text links.
